Review of State of Minnesota Reporting Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Funds Recoveries on the CMS-64 for the Period October 1, 2005, Through December 31, 2008

Minnesota did not report all Medicaid overpayments on the CMS-64 in accordance with Federal requirements. For the period October 1, 2005, through March 31, 2009, Minnesota did not report Medicaid overpayments totaling $31,000 ($15,000 Federal share) in accordance with Federal requirements.
