The CMS Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Programs' payments have been provided to eligible professionals in states across the country who have adopted, implemented, upgraded or demonstrated meaningful use of EHRs. Oklahoma was one of the first states to provide payments to eligible professionals through the Program. This video captures Drs. Melissa and Jeffrey Gastorf ceremoniously being awarded their Medicaid incentive payment in February of 2011.¬
